Estos Términos regulan el acceso y uso de Casattimo (casattimo.it), operado por el titular identificado en el Aviso Legal. Al registrarte o usar el servicio aceptas estos Términos.
El Sitio muestra en tiempo casi real anuncios inmobiliarios recién publicados en los mayores portales, con filtros por zona, precio, tipo y tipo de anunciante, y enlaza al anuncio original. No intermediamos en ninguna operación inmobiliaria.
El acceso se adquiere mediante pases de pago único de 7 días (25 €), 14 días (40 €) o 30 días (65 €). No hay renovación automática ni cargos recurrentes.
Las cuentas son personales e intransferibles. Accedes con un nombre de usuario y una contraseña; no necesitas tu correo para iniciar sesión. Eres responsable de la custodia de tus credenciales.
Minimizamos los datos: solo conservamos tu correo electrónico y los datos de tu cuenta mientras tu suscripción esté activa. Cuando el pase caduca, eliminamos tu correo y los datos de tu cuenta, incluido tu correo en el registro de compras. Consulta la Política de Privacidad.
No puedes revender, automatizar, extraer masivamente (scraping) ni redistribuir el contenido del servicio, ni usarlo con fines ilícitos o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
El servicio se presta "tal cual". No garantizamos exhaustividad, exactitud ni disponibilidad ininterrumpida, ya que dependen de fuentes de terceros.
Los pagos se procesan a través de Paddle.com como Comerciante Registrado. Los precios se muestran con los impuestos aplicables según tu país. Paddle emite el justificante de compra.
Consulta la Política de Reembolsos. Al tratarse de un servicio digital que comienza de inmediato con tu consentimiento expreso, el derecho de desistimiento puede perderse una vez iniciado el servicio.
En la medida permitida por la ley, nuestra responsabilidad se limita al importe del pase vigente. Nada excluye la responsabilidad por dolo o la que no pueda limitarse frente a consumidores.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos; los cambios se publican aquí. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
Legislación española. Como consumidor, puedes acudir a las Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo y a los órganos de resolución alternativa de litigios (RAL) competentes. (La plataforma europea de resolución de litigios en línea dejó de operar en 2025.)

These Terms govern access to Casattimo (casattimo.it), operated by the entity named in the Legal Notice. By signing up or using the service you accept them.
The Site surfaces, in near real time, newly-published property listings from the biggest portals, with filters by area, price, type and seller type, and links to the original listing. We are not party to any property transaction.
Access is purchased via one-time passes of 7 days (€25), 14 days (€40) or 30 days (€65). No auto-renewal, no recurring charges.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You sign in with a username and password — you do not need your email to log in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
We minimize data: we keep your email and account data only while your subscription is active. When the pass expires, we delete your email and account data, including your email in the purchase ledger. See the Privacy Policy.
You may not resell, automate, scrape or redistribute the service's content, or use it unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, which depend on third-party sources.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown with applicable taxes for your country; Paddle issues the receipt.
See the Refund Policy. As this is a digital service that starts immediately with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has started.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your current pass. Nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct or liability that cannot be limited towards consumers.
We may update these Terms; changes are posted here. We may suspend accounts that breach them.
Spanish law. As a consumer you may use the Spanish consumer arbitration boards and competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies. (The EU online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in 2025.)
